Molly + Collin: Ann Arbor Wedding

It feels like just yesterday we were taking engagement photos together! But, alas, Molly + Collin's wedding day approached quickly and when the day finally arrived, it was nothing short of perfect.

It was a gorgeous July day filled with so much emotion and love. I usually get a little teary eyed at weddings and this wedding was no different. As Molly walked down the aisle to Collin, it took everything to not cry. The ceremony was personal, sweet and honest.

When the ceremony and family photos were done, we moved on to some bridal party portraits and then into the beautiful River Raisin Room at Weller's. Mid reception, we stepped out for sunset portraits (pro-tip: always do this... It never disappoints)

Every detail was so perfect and intentional. Their families' love and support was ever-present. The excitement and connection between Molly + Collin was undeniable and it was so much fun to be a part of the day. Thank you both, so, so much.

There are quite a few, but enjoy!

Again: thank you to Jimmy for second shooting and always being an amazing adventure partner!  - He seriously completes the day and always knows what to shoot while I'm busy or looking the other way. His eye for detail is amazing and I'm super lucky to have him on board! and he gets shots like this:

So much love,

Alden + Lauryn: Grand Rapids Wedding

Lauryn and Alden contacted me from Georgia a few months before their wedding. They were super laid back and made their wedding day just as effortless. I was so excited to shoot at the gorgeous Basilica of St Adalbert in Grand Rapids with the reception a few minutes away at Founder's Brewing. Surrounded by family and friends, it was a perfect evening filled with lots of love.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your beautiful day.

Much love,

Kristina + Troy: Married

I don't really know where to start with this wedding other than saying it was perfect. Troy and Kristina are such kind and beautiful souls and it was such an honor to be a part of their day.

Surrounded by family (and dogs!) they said "I do" in the tall, swaying red pines. After, we headed out to a bright, beautiful field of flowers. The reception was held in the renovated barn near the house, nestled on the Muskegon River.

Weddings like this make my heart sing. So much gratitude and love,

Grace + Eric: Ann Arbor Wedding | Gandy Dancer

Grace and Eric are so perfectly in love...

I met Grace, her family, and closest friends at the Michigan League before heading over to the Gandy Dancer for the ceremony and reception. It was a beautiful ceremony with tears flowing, and closest family near. Following this, we snuck off to the Law Quad where the sun peaked out from the clouds for a brief moment. It was quite a chilly and grey day, but they didn't seem to mind...

Please enjoy a few photos from their beautiful day!

Thank you for letting be a part of your day!

So much love,

Mary + Nathan: Kalamazoo Wedding

I'm so excited to post these! The first wedding of the season was during those few insanely warm days in the middle of February in Kalamazoo.

Mary and Nathan were anything but boring. I absolutely loved working with them! They are so real and comfortable with each other.

It was a short, sweet ceremony, followed by hitting up some of Kalamazoo's best breweries, then on to a gorgeous reception at the Kalamazoo Institute of Art.

Everything was perfect and so thought out and Mary and Nathan were amazing. In short, it was a dream to shoot!

Enjoy a few below :)

Thank you to Mary and Nathan for letting me document the day!

And thank you, Jimmy for second shooting!

Much love,
